out. As someone who is devoted to the outdoors Joey has developed an
exciting activity based exercise programme unlike any other. Encompassing
activities such as: mountain biking, climbing, Canadian canoeing, cross
country running and interval training alongside traditional conditioning
and body shaping. And as a professionally
trained
dancer Joey incorporates dance skills for the more artistically inclined!
Sessions also include vital elements such as functional strength and
Swiss Ball methods. All these activities and training methods are performed
with her specialist knowledge of the innovative Heart Zone Training
system (training tailored exactly to every individual's exact physiological
make-up and capacity).
Joey provides
a one-on-one nationwide service, although she is based in the South
East of England. For those further afield Joey is able - after an initial
detailed consultancy - to design programmes for an individuals specific
needs and goals and provides the client with on-going support.
With
a client portfolio ranging from society figures, celebrities and sportspeople
to the rehabilitation patient and first time exerciser, Joey is experienced
and practiced in meeting the diversity of her clients needs.
